It takes an exceptional experience to motive me to write a review. My experience with Onward Roofing fit that exceptional criteria. I contacted them to give me a quote for a new roof having experienced hail damage last spring. I wasn’t sure if a metal roof or even a synthetic clay roof were possibilities. Bryon was incredibly patient with me as he reviewed my options, including photos and price. After a million questions, and Bryon’s timely responses, I finally decided to go with a Class 4 shingle option. Their price was competitive with other quotes I received. Bryon scheduled a date and time for the job. His large crew arrived on time and completed the project in two days. The crew foreman, Trey, kept me updated and answered my questions on site. They covered my plants and pool in an effort to respect my landscaping. The cleanup was very thorough. Trey did a final walk-around with me, and only when I was satisfied was payment due. This company is all about customer satisfaction. I’m impressed!
